She has designed a unique path to emotional freedom, practicing a combination of tapping, breathwork, yoga & somatic therapies, and mindfulness meditation.

She creates a holistic experience of strengthening, stretching, and soothing - for both the body and the mind; and she teaches it in her sessions with individuals, her EFT workshops at transformational festivals, her Free Community Tapping Circles, and her Personal Peace Retreats.

Ruth is a passionate energy coach dedicated to guiding individuals through deep emotional healing and self-discovery. As a Clinical EFT Practitioner, Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner, and Reiki Healer, she blends transformative energy psychology with a creative background to help clients regulate their nervous systems, release emotional blocks, and step into their authentic selves.

After leaving a successful career at Nike, Ruth found her true calling in helping others break free from patterns of procrastination, self-doubt, and stagnation. Her unique approach empowers clients to move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Working with clients worldwide, Ruth offers online coaching and immersive emotional release workshops. She also incorporates dynamic breakthrough techniques—such as arrow-breaking and cold-water plunging—when deeper transformation is needed. With a compassionate and intuitive approach, she holds space for individuals to release and reconnect with their inner strength to create lives filled with freedom, joy, and meaning.
