Is this therapy?

No. The Personal Peace Virtual Retreat is not therapy, and it is not a substitute for mental health treatment.

It is a trauma-aware educational and experiential retreat where you will learn and practice Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), nervous system regulation tools, and guided reflection practices.

Many participants find the experience deeply supportive and transformative, but you remain fully in charge of your own process throughout the retreat.

How intense is this going to be?

This retreat is designed to be deep but gentle.

We work with the nervous system in a way that prioritizes safety, pacing, and choice. You will always be invited to listen to your body and go at the pace that feels right for you.

No. Sharing is always optional.

What if I can't attend the entire retreat?
